Our Medically Directed Weight Loss Program is designed for patients who are physiologically healthy and who are committed and motivated to make the necessary lifestyle changes for their appearance, health and happiness.

Our diet program is a modernized version of the original hCG diet from 1950 developed by Dr. Simeons where we have applied current clinical and nutritional knowledge.

A personalized diet program – lasting either 26 or 40 days – is created for each patient. The program is crafted to help each patient lose the maximum amount of weight per day.

Daily injections of hCG are given, and a calorie restricted diet is followed. Patients are given a strict list of approved foods which must be adhered to closely in that any deviation will affect the desired outcome. In addition, we will provide supplements to provide a metabolic kick start.

The hCG injections give your body extra calories by releasing abnormal fat reserves, which is where the weight loss comes in. In addition, the hCG injections also decrease the patient’s appetite. Though your body is given enough fuel to function, it is important to never stay on the diet for longer than advised, as your body will become immune to the injections and will not function on the low amount of calories.

Our InBody 570, a body composition machine, is used to determine and track your metabolic rate, fat percentage, muscle percentage, and water percentage. This device allows us to prescribe the precise diet regulations and track your weight loss progress from a body composition perspective.

A cornerstone of our weight-loss program is accountability. Patients receive weekly office visits to discuss their progress. They are highly encouraged to record their habits and progress in a food journal. We educate our patients through a series of group and individual meetings how to reach and maintain their goals. We are there to support you every step of the way.

Our Successful Living seminars will provide guidance on diet and nutrition, supermarket smarts, and provide introductions to physical fitness and lifestyle change management so that you have the knowledge and tools following completion of the program to keep the weight you have lost off.
