Dr. Julie Thompson
Dr. Julie J. Thomson completed her Honours Bachelor of Science at Queen’s University. She then went on to graduate from University of Calgary Medical School. After completing a Family Medicine Residency at the University of Calgary, Dr. Thomson worked as a low risk obstetrics physician at the Northwest Maternity group and performed deliveries at the Foothills Hospital which she continues today. Dr. Thomson has always been interested in woman’s health and has now completed training in phlebology and sclerotherapy under the tutelage of Dr. Louis Grondin, a pioneer of venous foam sclerotherapy.
Dr. Julie Thomson is licensed through the College of Physician and Surgeons of Alberta and is a member of Alberta Medical Association, the Canadian College of Phlebology, the American College of Phlebology and the Canadian Association of Aesthetic medicine.
